What you get with every video
- Cutting and pacing
- We cut filler words, false starts and long pauses. Something changes on screen every few seconds so the video does not sit still.
- B-roll
- We use licensed stock, public domain footage or clips you send us. We check where each clip comes from before it goes in.
- Graphics
- Text on screen, lower thirds, zooms and chapter cards, made to fit your channel instead of pulled from a template pack.
- Sound
- We clean up the voice, add licensed music and sound effects, and bring the mix to -14 LUFS, which is what YouTube plays at.
How a YouTube edit works with us
Day 0
You send the footage
Upload your footage, voiceover and any script notes to the shared folder. We look through it and get back to you within a day if anything is missing.
Day 1
We make the first cut
Your editor trims the dead air, puts the story in order, lays in b-roll and drafts the graphics.
Day 2
You leave notes
You watch the draft on our review page and click on the exact second you want changed to leave a comment.
Day 3
We send the final file
We make your changes, finish the sound mix and export a 4K file. We add an SRT captions file and a thumbnail if you asked for them.
Turnaround and revisions
A normal long video takes 2 to 3 days. Longer videos, documentaries and anything with a lot of animation take more time, and we agree on the date before we start.
We keep revising until you are happy with it. Leaving notes at the exact second on the review page helps us fix everything in one go.

How pricing works
We do not have fixed tiers. The price depends on how much footage you send, how long the final video is and how many graphics it needs.
If you publish often, a monthly plan for 4 to 12 videos usually works out cheaper per video. For a one-off video, send us the brief and we will quote a price, usually within a day, before any editing starts.
What changes the price:
- Raw footage. One clean camera take is quicker to cut than two hours of multicam footage with separate audio.
- Final length. An 8 minute explainer and a 30 minute video essay are very different amounts of work.
- Animation. Custom 3D scenes and animated maps take extra time, so they cost more.
- How often you post. A monthly plan lowers the price per video and keeps your editor's time booked for you.

What do I need to send you?
Your raw footage, the voiceover if it is separate, your script or notes, and one or two videos with the pacing you like.
Can you match my channel's current style?
Yes. Before the first edit we watch your recent uploads and copy the colors, text style, zooms and music you already use.
How do revisions work?
You get a link to a review page. Click on the second you want changed and type your note, and your editor sees exactly where it goes.
Is the music safe for monetized videos?
Yes. The music, sound effects and stock footage we use are licensed, or public domain, or footage you gave us.
Can you make the thumbnail too?
Yes, we can make a thumbnail along with the edit if you ask for one.
