- We start on the strongest line. No intro and no pause before the person starts talking.
- Captions
- Word-by-word captions in your colors and fonts, with emojis only if they suit your brand.
- Framing
- Punch-ins, keeping the speaker's face in frame, and split screens for podcast guests or reference footage.
- Sound
- Sound effects and music mixed so they still come through on a phone speaker.
How a batch of shorts gets made
Day 0
You send the source
Send links to your long videos with timestamps, or upload the raw phone videos.
Day 1
We pick the moments and cut them
We pick the strongest moments, reframe them to 9:16, add b-roll and build the captions.
Day 2
You check them on your phone
Watch the clips on our review page from your phone and leave notes on pacing or captions.
Day 3
You download the batch
You get MP4 files ready to post on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Turnaround and revisions
Clips go out in batches, usually within 1 to 2 days. Send a long episode on Monday and the first batch is normally back by Wednesday.
We keep changing captions, spelling and b-roll until you are happy with how the clips look.

How pricing works
Shorts are cheaper per clip when you order a batch each month, because we set up your caption style once and reuse it.
You can pay per clip or go on a monthly plan. Captions, music and sound effects are part of the price, not extras.
What changes the price:
- Finding the moments. Listening through a three hour podcast to find good clips takes longer than cutting moments you already marked.
- Graphics. Screenshots and product overlays take more time than a clean clip with captions.
- Clips per month. The more clips you order each month, the lower the price per clip.
- Rush jobs. If something is time sensitive, ask us. We will tell you honestly if we can turn it around faster.

Can you make shorts from my long videos?
Yes. Send the link. You can give us timestamps, or we can pick the moments ourselves.
Will the app buttons cover the captions?
No. We keep captions and anything important inside the safe area, away from the like button, description and profile icon.
What caption styles can you do?
Simple and clean, bold word-by-word, or something matched to your brand colors and fonts. Send us an example you like.
Can I post the same clip on Shorts, Reels and TikTok?
Yes. We export 1080x1920 MP4 files that work on all three.
